This page explains how to request deletion of your Hoy Genda (formerly Geezgenda) account and the data associated with it. Hoy Genda is operated by Gonzalez Consulting, based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States.

How to request account deletion

Email info@geezgenda.com from the email address associated with your Hoy Genda account, with the subject line “Delete my account.”

Please include the name on your account so we can locate it. We will verify the request and process it within 30 days, then confirm by email once it is complete.

What data is deleted

When your deletion request is processed, we permanently remove:

Your account profile — name, username, email address, and phone number
Tasks, comments, and photos you created
Your time records and push-notification tokens

What may be retained

We may retain a limited set of records after deletion:

Information we are required to keep to comply with legal obligations or to resolve disputes.
Task and time history within an organization you belonged to may be retained by that organization for its own recordkeeping, in a form no longer linked to your personal profile.

We retain such records only as long as necessary and then delete them.

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. If you only want to stop notifications, you can turn them off in your device settings instead.
